- Place your feet under the front foot rail.
- Lift your legs until they are parallel to the ground.
- Lower them slowly back to the starting position.
- Leg Curl:

- Stand between the chair and the foot rail, facing the chair.
- Hold the handle rails for stability.
- Place the back of your ankle under the foot pedal.
- Lift the foot pedal by bending your knee.
- Lower the leg slowly and in control.
- Repeat 8-10 times for 3 sets.
