Instructions for Use:

  • Chin-Up / Pull-Up:
    1. Grip the top bar with both hands.
    2. Pull yourself up using your back and biceps until your chin is above the bar.
      • Use a closer grip to focus on biceps.
      • Use a wider grip to engage the back muscles more.
    3. Lower yourself slowly and in control to complete one rep.
  • Dips:
    1. Grip the lower parallel bars with both hands, keeping palms facing down.
    2. Lift yourself up, keeping your arms extended.
    3. Lower your body until shoulders reach elbow level.
    4. Push back up using triceps and chest muscles.
      • Lean forward to emphasize the chest.
      • Stay upright to focus on the triceps.
    5. Repeat 8-10 times for 3 sets.
